Food items once sold cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Customers are requested to check their order at the time of delivery/pick-up. Returns are only applicable in the following cases: Wrong item delivered Damaged or spoiled product received at the time of delivery
If your order qualifies for a refund (as per the above conditions), the refund will be processed within few working days. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of the order is affected.
Orders can be cancelled only if preparation has not started. Once the product is made/packed, cancellation will not be accepted. For prepaid orders, cancellation requests must be raised within few hours/minutes of placing the order. If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within few working days.
Custom-made sweets, bulk party orders, and festival gift packs are non-refundable and non-returnable. Discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded unless defective or incorrect.
